A pristine morning for Day 3 of the Ballito Pro presented by O'Neill turned sour with winds cranking up and stopping competition in Round of 32, Heat 4. The event lost some heavyweight top seeds following Isabella Nichols and Kirra Pinketon's control of the opening heat along with an incredible performance from Vahine Fierro. Current Challenger Series No. 1 Erin Brooks will have to wait another event to secure her 2025 CT spot as former CTers and rising talents fell. Women's remaining top seeds hit the water when competition resumes.
