A successful 2023 Championship Tour campaign with a victory at the Rip Curl Bells Beach, where his mom, Helen Lambert, won the same event in 1983 as well as four other Finals Day Appearances, two of which were runner-up finishes, allowed him to clinch the WSL Final 5 spot at the Corona Open J-Bay.
