BUFFALO CITY, East London, Eastern Cape - Professional surfing returns to Buffalo City from 24 - 26 March 2023 for the World Surf League Nahoon Pro Qualifying Series 1,000. The Nahoon Pro Junior Qualifying Series 1,000 for men and women will also feature on the event lineup.
With an incredible total prize purse of R98,000 up for grabs across the different divisions, the Nahoon Pro will see South Africa's top-ranked men, women and junior surfers compete at the world-class break of Nahoon Reef in East London.
Along with the prize money, there are also valuable points on offer. The 2023 Nahoon Pro will be the final event to determine the African Challenger Series Qualifiers and only four men, two women and two wildcard slots will be awarded.
