WSL Rising Tides was launched to inspire the next generation of professional surfers by connecting high-performing, young surfers, with their surfing heroes. Since there's still a huge gap in the support of male versus female up-and-coming talent, all events so far in 2022 were girls only. Today, for the first time, we invited some of the most talented girls and boys of the longboarding community in the US, and they will be joined in the lineup by four super-inspiring adaptive surfers. This makes this event very special in two unique ways and highlights our belief that surfing is for everybody.
