COOLANGATTA, QLD / AUS (Monday, 23 November 2020) - The World Surf League (WSL) is excited to announce that it will continue its partnership with the Seven Network through 2021. Seven will continue to broadcast WSL's live contests and highlights shows across their television network and their online streaming platform 7plus.

"After the COVID-19 pandemic forced the cancellation of our tours in 2020 we can't wait to see the new look Championship Tour, Challenger Series, along with our other tours and content offerings, not to mention the Olympics, bring surfing to more Aussie homes than ever before in 2021 across the Seven Network and 7plus."
Seven's coverage of the 2021 WSL Championship Tour will begin with the opening event's of the men's and women's season, the Maui Pro presented by Roxy and the Billabong Pipe Masters presented by Hydro Flask which commence this December 4 and 8 respectively. All stops of the elite Championship Tour along with the Challenger Series, Big Wave at Large and Longboard Tour will be broadcast on the Seven Network in 2021. In a massive coup for surfing lovers, all of the WSL's live contests and highlights shows across the 2021 season will be broadcast across the Seven Network and live-streamed on 7plus, Australia's #1 commercial free-to-air BVOD service.
This is just the start of a huge year for surfing fans that will continue all the way through to next September, when the Championship Tour culminates in the inaugural WSL Finals at Lower Trestles in San Clemente, California.
