LOS ANGELES, California/USA (Monday, December 3, 2018) - WSL surfers will feature in Al Gore's "24 Hours of Reality" to highlight climate change over the next two days, spotlighted in a video for the legendary band U2's track, "Red Flag Day".
Last year's 24 Hours of Reality officially became the world's largest social media broadcast ever on a social issue, reaching over half a billion households in over 200 countries and territories, drawing 39+million online views, and this year hopes to be even bigger. Billy Kemper, Stephanie Gilmore, Kai Lenny, Filipe Toledo, Grant "Twiggy" Baker are just a few of the WSL surfers seen charging waves around the planet. U2 and the WSL have married the mind blowing imagery to the sensational track, with the world premiere tonight at 6pm PST.

Al Gore's Climate Reality team work every year on this mammoth livestream 24 Hours of Reality broadcast on tackling the climate crisis. This year, it's being anchored by Al and co-hosts live from LA on December 3rd - 4th, starting at 6pm PST, and the video, introduced by Al Gore, is due to run within the first hour.
