The Caparica Primavera Surf Fest comes back with a week full of surfing and music in March.
The Caparica Primavera Surf Fest is a unique event on European soil. It features six divisions of WSL competitions, condensed into a week-long waiting period. It runs simultaneously on two breaks separated by a break wall. Oh, and it also features a full on music festival with six nights of LIVE performances in a big dome right on the beach.
The event originated as a Pro Junior in 2015 and upgraded last season to host the Men and Women's Caparica Pro, the Men and Women's Caparica Longboard Pro and the Men and Women's Caparica Junior Pro.

It will return this season from March 26-31 to the iconic seaside resort town of Caparica, just South of the Tagus river estuary opposite Portugal's capital of Lisbon. A short ride away from the city's center, Caparica is the ideal getaway to find miles of empty beach breaks and quality waves year-round.
The Caparica Primavera Surf Fest, literally "Spring Surf Fest", brings thousands of people for both the music acts and surfing competitions in usually great weather.
Gony Zubizarreta, Justine Dupont, Rodrigo Sphaier, Alice Lemoigne, Theo Julitte and Teresa Bonvalot, all winners last season in Caparica, should be back to try to either defend their title or upgrade it for a QS win for these last two.
Tune in from March 26-31, 2018 and check out all the photos, videos and updates right here!
