The Flight Centre Burleigh Pro Surf Festival is back again in 2018 and is set to be bigger than ever, promising four huge days of surfing and entertainment. Queensland's stand alone WSL QS event will feature a festival style set up over the Australia Day long weekend as crowds flock to one of Australia's most iconic point breaks.
The iconic QS1,000 event will attract some of the best male and female surfers from around the world, all vying for precious QS points. It is estimated that over nine countries will be represented when the event gets underway on the 25th of January.
Surfing Queensland CEO Adam Yates has witnessed the growth of the event over the years and said that the event has been significantly bolstered in 2018.
