Leonardo Fioravanti and Griffin Colapinto took some time Saturday to join a surf outing with a local organization called Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa (SCML), which supports individuals with disabilities. The group has a sporting arm, called Jogos Santa Casa, and took a group surfing Saturday at Carcavelos.
"It was really cool to see them surfing," said Fioravanti, who's in his rookie year on the Championship Tour. "Well," he added, "not even surfing. When we first got there, they all jumped up in the water and wanted to do front-flips in the water and swimming. It was cool to see how stoked they were just to be in the ocean."
