In a tight Round Five match against Caio Ibelli, Aussie Julian Wilson milked a last-minute righthander for an above-the-lip move and a razor-thin win. Wilson was down for most of his match against rookie Caio Ibelli as both surfers were hunting for elusive lip targets in the chubby tide. Most of the scoring rides were being mined on the lefts up until the final moment, when Julian took the gamble.
