The World Surf League Maxum Women's Pro Junior and NRMA Women's Surf Classic will once again return to Cronulla in 2015, with the elite two-day event slated to kick off from the 19 - 20 September.
The WSL Australasia Pro Junior Qualifying Series (JQS) event made its debut two years ago and is currently the only strictly women's surfing event in Australia.
"As the largest of the state governing bodies for surfing in Australia, we take a lot of pride in this event and have enjoyed seeing it grow exponentially over the years," said Surfing NSW CEO Mark Windon.
"Over the course of the next few years we look forward to seeing this event expanding more and more as we continue to celebrate women who participate in all disciplines of surfing."
Maxum GM Justin Veil echoed the same sentiments.
"Maxum watches are proud to be the naming rights sponsor for the Maxum WSL Women's Pro Junior," said Veil.
"We are passionate about surfing, the culture and the lifestyle it encapsulates and we are really excited to be a part of this great event for the third year."
The Maxum WSL Women's Pro Junior will have $2000 prize-money on offer and vital WSL JQS rankings points for surfers vying to qualify for the forthcoming WSL Junior Championships.
